1. Refunds & Exchanges (Products)

– We do not offer refunds on any treatments or products.
– Products may be exchanged within 7 days if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
– This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

– Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule standard appointments.
– Bridal, group, or home visit appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations made after the notice period will incur a 50% charge.
– No-shows will be charged at 100% of the service cost.

3. Appointment Punctuality

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next client, but the treatment will still be charged at the full price

4. Deposits

– A deposit of 30% is required to secure all bookings and treatments over £50.
– Deposits are refundable if the cancellation policy is respected, and may also be transferred to a future appointment upon request.
– For no-shows or late cancellations, deposits will be retained.

5. Gift Cards

– Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
– They can be used on any treatment or product and must be presented at the time of use.
– Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Adore Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

6. Home Visit Services

-A 50% deposit is required to secure all home visit bookings.

7. Salon Cancellations

– In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment (e.g., due to staff illness or an emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible.
– Any paid deposit will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

 

8. Third-Party Bookings (e.g., Treatwell)

Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Treatwell are subject to their own cancellation, refund, and deposit policies.
We are unable to alter or override these terms. For any amendments or concerns related to bookings made via Treatwell, please refer directly to their customer service.
